These affiliations have also aided CAG’s development of strong relationships with highly respected professionals throughout New England. In addition, confidential listings on the web-based sites associated with some of these organizations create national and international exposure for our clients.
The Association for Corporate Growth, or ACG, is an international organization focused on mergers and acquisitions, and corporate growth. Members include corporate executives, private equity and venture capital investors, as well as investment bankers, legal, accounting and consulting firms, along with other service providers. CVG has been a member since 2009, regularly in attendance at meetings and networking events in Boston, Greater Boston and Providence.
Axial is a private network that helps middle market companies and their advisors find the right buyers and investors, using an on-line platform. Axial is often used by CVG where the buyer is more likely to be a private equity firm or strategic in nature.
The Exit Planning Exchange – XPX Greater Boston Chapter – is a community of trusted advisors including leading legal and accounting firms, consultants, investment bankers, consultants and financial advisors, that collaborate to to help private company clients build business value, transfer ownership and create legacy success in their lives and their communities. CVG has been a member since 2018 and a regular attendee at meetings and networking events in Boston and Greater Boston.
